Emma's journey into providing autism support services began with her brother Craig, who had cerebral palsy. Growing up in a family that navigated the daily challenges and joys of supporting a loved one with additional needs, she witnessed firsthand the strength, resilience, and unique experiences that came with it. Craig’s determination, spirit, and the incredible love and support that surrounded him inspired her to dedicate her career as a behaviour analyst to help other families like her own. Craig’s story was not just one of overcoming obstacles but also one of teaching those around him the value of patience, compassion, and understanding. He showed Emma that every person, regardless of their abilities, has something remarkable to offer. This profound impact Craig had on Emma's life fueled her passion to work with families of individuals with additional needs, helping them navigate their own journeys with the care, empathy, and support they deserve through Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). In every aspect of Craig's Choice Consultancy, Craig’s influence is woven into the fabric of what we do in Northern Ireland. It’s a tribute to the love that he and Emma shared and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others. Emma's goal is to provide support, resources, and a community where families feel seen, heard, and empowered, just as Emma wished for her own family growing up. Though Craig may no longer be physically present, his light continues to shine through Emma’s work. His love, strength, and unwavering spirit guides her every step of the way.
